Having been in this business for around thirty (30) years I have experienced many diverse situations and have learned to deal with most anything that may come up. And, to my surprise, I also find myself older than most who are now in the business.
As such, I have decided that semi-retirement is a grand idea. So, I have re-focused most of my business primarily to Buyers who are actively looking to buy property in this area of north Texas.
I can tout about having lots of education and experience over the years, but it really comes down to just having knowledge, most of which is gained by experience, in a given market. Mine happens to be farm, ranch and recreational type properties.
So now, I find it helpful to many clients to offer my services to those who may not be as familiar with this area, and/or property type.
As your Buyer Representative I can help you to negotiate terms with listing agents and help you with the entire process all the way through "closing".

Below is the Information About Brokerage Services form required by TREC. We will also need to do a Residential Buyer Representation Form, because there is no rural, or unimproved property form yet.
