Residence / Improvements:  There is an older brick home on the property but it has roof problems that have caused interior problems as well. This home might be salvageable for week end purposes but likely not. There are few other outbuildings, including a storm cellar, located near the home as well as several other older barns. No value is being considered for any of the improvements.

 

Hunting;   This area is widely known for its trophy White Tail deer, wild Turkey, and other game. While this property is not “heavily” wooded it is adequately wooded and there is plenty of food and water available for all kinds of wildlife.
